Delete your PitchView AI account

You can permanently delete your PitchView AI account and associated data at any time.

In the app

1. Open PitchView AI and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and login (email address) from our systems and removes all projects and render images stored on your device.

If you’ve uninstalled the app

Email info@pitchviewai.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll process the request within 30 days.

What’s deleted and what’s kept

• Deleted: your account and email address, and all projects/renders stored on your device.
• Not stored at all: your uploaded photos and generated renders are never saved on our servers — they’re processed only to create your render and are not retained.
• Kept: minimal subscription/transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, for the period required by law.
